GÖRG advised the investment firm Norkon on the legal aspects of acquiring the Schorfheide retail park, located north of Berlin. The transaction was carried out for the French SCPI fund 'Iroko Zen'. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The property, which is located on the B176 road, was developed in six phases between 1993 and 2021. With a lettable area of around 29,300 square metres, it is fully let to six companies, including Kaufland, Aldi, Obi and Roller. The total site covers around 165,500 square metres and offers potential for further development.
In addition to GÖRG, Revara supported the buyer as the technical acquisition advisor. CBRE brokered the transaction.
A cross-location team from GÖRG, led by Frankfurt partner Dr Dennis Hog, provided legal support for the transaction.
