Barbara Frieser is an Senior associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Munich. She advises national and international companies on all aspects of property law.
One focus of her work is the structuring and implementation of due diligence reviews in the context of complex property transactions, including asset deals and share deals. In doing so, she supports clients in minimising legal risks and making decisions.
Barbara Frieser also advises on commercial tenancy law and private construction law. She drafts tenancy agreements, resolves disputes and advises companies on construction projects.
