Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH, which is part of ZEITFRACHT Group, was comprehensively advised by GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB on its debut of a corporate bond issue with a volume of EUR 25 million. The Zeitfracht corporate bond 2021/2016 (WKN A3H3JC; ISIN DE000A3H3JC5) has a five-year term and an annual interest rate of 5%. The bond is included in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Quotation Board).
The securities prospectus was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg and notified to the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
The subscription of the bond took place within the framework of a public offering via the subscription functionality DirectPlace of Deutsche Börse as well as via a private placement by the bank accompanying the issue.
