GÖRG advises Malaysian restaurant chain PappaRich on entry into European market
[Frankfurt, ] GÖRG has advised PappaRich, a Malaysian restaurant chain, comprehensively in the preparation of the market entry and the establishment of the PappaRich brand in Europe.
Now – under the lead of GÖRG partner Florian Wolff – a long-term Joint Venture, in which PappaRich holds the majority stake, has been concluded with a Frankfurt-based restaurant owner. The goal is to open a PappaRich flagship restaurant in Frankfurt am Main and establish a Europe-wide franchise network of high quality PappaRich restaurants.
In recent years, by its Frankfurt-based team headed by Florian Wolff, GÖRG has successfully established its practice on comprehensive advice to Southeast-Asian and Chinese clients on their investment projects in Germany and the EU.
PappaRich was founded in 2006 and operates as a Malaysian restaurant chain with more than 120 restaurants in several countries in South-East-Asia, China, Australia and the USA offering modern Malaysian cuisine. Pappa-Rich places great emphasis on high-quality ingredients and preparation of the dishes as well as the authentic design of its restaurants. The company has set itself the goal to establish its PappaRich concept in other parts of the world. After the successful market launch in China, Australia and the USA over the past years, Germany shall join the global footprint of PappaRich starting from Frankfurt.
