As an expert in international mid-cap M&A transactions, joint venture agreements and international trade issues, Florian Wolff supports clients from other EU countries, North America and East Asia. As head of the East Asia Desk, he and his team of native-speaking lawyers advise a large number of companies from China, Japan and South Korea and German companies on their investments in those countries.
