Florian Wolff has many years of experience advising companies, private equity funds and other institutional investors on their investments in Germany and the EU. He advises on complex M&A transactions, joint venture agreements and matters of corporate finance. His clients are largely from other EU countries, North America or East Asia. His team of Mandarin and Japanese-speaking lawyers are highly experienced at advising East Asian clients.
He often coordinates large teams of international lawyers for his projects. His clients include large medium-sized companies from all sectors, with a focus on automotive, industrial, metals and other materials, IT and telecommunications sectors.

Florian Wolff is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG, as well as the manager of the China Desk.
After his law degree in Frankfurt am Main, Florian Wolff completed his legal training between 1994 and 1996 in Frankfurt am Main with an elective clerkship to the Moscow (Russia) office of a major German law firm. He was admitted to the bar in 1996, and worked in a medium-sized law firm in Frankfurt, where he became a partner in 2000.
In 2014, Florian Wolff and his team moved to the GÖRG Frankfurt office.
