GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB was named TOP Law Firm 2023 in the fields of Insolvency law and Restructuring. The magazine WirtschaftsWoche, in cooperation with the Handelsblatt Research Institute, had the TOP Law Firms and Lawyers of the year determined by an independent jury.
The GÖRG partners Prof. Dr. habil. Gerrit Hölzle and Dr. Holger Leichtle were also recommended as two of the TOP Lawyers 2023 for Insolvency Law, while Dr. Thorsten Bieg was recognised as TOP Lawyer for Restructuring.
The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) surveyed more than 1,600 lawyers from 159 law firms on their most renowned colleagues for insolvency law and restructuring. After evaluation by a jury, 36 law firms with 53 lawyers prevailed in insolvency law and 31 law firms with 44 lawyers in restructuring.
