GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB was named TOP Law Firm 2022 in the fields of Restructuring and Insolvency Law. The magazine WirtschaftsWoche, in cooperation with the Handelsblatt Research Institute, had the TOP Law Firms and Lawyers of the year determined by an independent jury.
The GÖRG partners Dr. Helmut Balthasar, Dr. Thorsten Bieg and Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini were also recommended as three of the TOP Lawyers 2022 for Restructuring, while Prof. Dr. habil. Gerrit Hölzle, Dr. Holger Leichtle as well as Dr. Mike Westkamp were recognised as TOP Lawyers for Insolvency Law.
For the award of the TOP Law Firms and lawyers for Insolvency Law and Restructuring, the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) asked more than 1,400 lawyers from 150 law firms to name their most renowned colleagues. This list was presented to a jury of experts, who filtered out 39 law firms with 62 lawyers for Insolvency Law and 40 law firms with 58 highly recommended lawyers for Restructuring.
