collana, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, is one of the leading IT solution providers in the areas of ERP, business apps, data analytics/business intelligence and cloud. The group was formed in 2020 with the acquisition of MAC IT Solutions GmbH by Ufenau Capital Partners and has since been continuously expanded through nine further acquisitions. The group specialises in medium-sized companies – primarily in the e-commerce and healthcare sectors – in the DACH region.

The new refinancing package includes extensive financing that enables and financially secures further mergers and acquisitions in Europe.
