Jannik Gesekus is an Associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne, specializing in banking and finance law. He advises national and international companies, banks, and funds on complex corporate and acquisition financings as well as on special situations, including financial restructurings and distressed financings.

A particular focus of his practice is the structuring and implementation of financings across various debt instruments. These include, among others, bilateral and syndicated loans, unitranche financings, mezzanine and subordinated loans, promissory notes and bonds. He also has experience in crisis and restructuring financings, such as bridge loans or restructuring loans in crisis situations.
