The object of purchase has a total area of approx. 15,700 m². A floor space of 45,000 m² for 750 units is to be created on this site. In addition to privately financed and subsidised apartments, micro-apartments and areas for social use are planned. Retail trade and gastronomy are to move into the ground floor areas.
