GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Berlin partner Dr Ünsal Demir, advised neworld GmbH, which invests in innovative real estate concepts and properties, on a financing round as part of a more complex overall transaction. Under the lead of Dr Ünsal Demir, GÖRG continuously advises neworld and its shareholders on M&A transactions in the context of their growth strategy.
In the current financing round, neworld was able to win two established family offices as new investors and raise growth capital in the double-digit million range. The newly raised capital will be used to establish and expand further viable operator concepts in addition to neworld's existing investments in Stayery (serviced apartments), The Base (co-living), KinderHut (daycare centres) and lively (senior living operators).
neworld is established as an investment platform and invests primarily in operator segments such as childcare, serviced apartments, co-living, elderly living and co-working.
