Thorsten Dreimann, LL.M. is Counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of insolvency law and restructuring as well as in the areas of financing and corporate law.
He specialises in particular in advising on corporate transactions, real estate financing and intra-company financing. Thorsten Dreimann specialises in finding solutions even in crisis situations. He supports companies in liability law issues for the company, shareholders and management.
In addition to his work for large companies, Thorsten Dreimann also specialises in small and medium-sized companies and start-ups. He offers comprehensive corporate law advice and thus helps companies to optimise their legal affairs.
