GÖRG advises Ufenau Capital on the restructuring of the shareholder structures of Hanseatic Power Service GmbH, Kanalservice Holding AG and GarLa Gruppe AG

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Dr. Tobias Fenck and Dr. Adalbert Rödding, advised Ufenau Capital (Ufenau) on the restructuring of the shareholder structures of Hanseatic Power Service GmbH (HPS Group), Kanalservice Holding AG (KSH Group), and GarLa Gruppe AG (GarLa Group).

Ufenau V and Ufenau VI funds advised by Ufenau Capital Partners have sold and trasferred their entire stakes in the HPS Group, the KSH Group and the GarLa Group to the Ufenau Continuation 4 Fund, also advised by Ufenau.

The HPS Group, based in Rendsburg, is an industrial service group specializing in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of generators, electric motors, and electrical systems, including crane systems and equipment for the shipping, biogas, and railway sectors. Ufenau's entry into the group took place in 2018. The portfolio now comprises of six group companies at nine locations, employing over 200 staff in Germany.

The KSH Group is a practice group in the field of underground infrastructure, canal and pipe cleaning, and rehabilitation. Ufenau has been the main investor since 2017. The group has now 37 locations and 900 employees in Germany and Switzerland.

The GarLa Group, established in 2019 as a landscaping and gardening company, has successfully added ten additional businesses in Germany. The group currently operates at 16 locations and has over 660 employees in Germany and Switzerland.
