GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Dr. Tobias Fenck and Markus Beyer, advised the Kanalservice Group, a portfolio of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the acquisition of three further add-ons: THVM Group from Leipzig, AKE Böhmer GmbH from Rheinbach in NRW and Kanalservice Braunen from Griesstätt in Bavaria.
The Kanalservice Group has already purchased stakes in AKE Abfluss-Kanal-Eildienst Böhmer GmbH, founded in 1990, and the Bavarian Kanalservice Braunen GmbH at the end of 2021. With the THVM Group and its 200 employees, KSG now adds a group that has been established for more than 20 years with headquarters in Leipzig and branches in Halle and Bremen with a high level of expertise in pipeline construction, sewer rehabilitation and sewer cleaning. The acquisition of THVM Group is still subject to antitrust approval.
With the latest three acquisitions, the Kanalservice Group has grown to 11 associated companies at 16 locations in Germany and Switzerland. KSG now generates a total turnover of more than EUR 100 million with over 650 employees.
For all three investments, Ufenau Capital Partners once again relies on the proven GÖRG team of the experienced private equity expert Dr. Tobias Fenck. GÖRG has regularly supported the Swiss investor group and its portfolio companies in transactions in the German market for years.
