GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Ufenau Capital Partners AG (Ufenau) on the restructuring of the shareholder relationships of Altano Gruppe GmbH (Altano Group) and Corius Deutschland GmbH (Corius Group) under the lead management of Dr. Tobias Fenck and Dr. Adalbert Rödding.
The Ufenau V Fund, advised by Ufenau, sold its entire shareholding in the Altano Group and the Corius Group to the Ufenau Continuation 3 Vehicle, also advised by Ufenau.
Altano Group is a veterinary clinic group based in Dülmen, which was founded in 2017. The portfolio now consists of 20 clinics as well as 20 affiliated practices with over 330 veterinarians and over 1000 employees. The aim is to continue to expand the group outside the D/A/CH region in the Benelux countries, Scandinavia and France, as well as in other European countries.
The Corius Group is a practice group in the field of medical/aesthetic dermatology and was also founded in 2017. The group now has 32 locations, 132 doctors and 575 employees in Germany and Switzerland.
The founding platforms as well as all acquisition transactions in Germany have since been advised by the experienced private equity expert Dr. Tobias Fenck as well as the GÖRG team in the German market.
