Under the lead management of Cologne partner Dr. Marcus Richter, GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Karin Sonnenmoser, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Ceconomy AG, on her exit from the company. The business economist will leave the Ceconomy Group by mutual agreement on 30 April 2021.

Karin Sonnenmoser previously worked in various management positions in the areas of finance and controlling in the Volkswagen Group and as CFO at Zumtobel Group AG, before being appointed CFO of the Ceconomy Group in March 2019.

GÖRG partner and labour and employment law expert Dr. Marcus Richter had already successfully negotiated the exit of Jörn Werner, the former CEO of Cecomony, in autumn 2019.
