GÖRG provided legal advice to Projekt Deelböge GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of the New Work Campus FLOW in the Alsterdorf district of Hamburg. The new-build project was developed by a company within the Schörghuber Group in a joint venture with a company from the Matrix Group. The purchaser is Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG.

The campus comprises a site of approximately 12,600 m², developed with an ESG-certified office complex offering around 26,000 m² of office space, including an underground car park. The project is situated directly on the banks of the Alster and adjacent to Tarpenbekpark. It is characterised by an integrated usage concept that combines modern office and laboratory spaces with new-work concepts, communal areas, green roof terraces and mobility infrastructure. The building complex has a high occupancy rate.
