He has decades of experience providing advice for transactions under real estate law as well, as offering support to project developers, from securing building rights to end marketing. He also has extensive knowledge regarding a number of special-purpose property types, such as retail, logistical, care homes, hotels and residential portfolios.
Prof Dr Frank Stellmann is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Before joining GÖRG, he was a partner at a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and Munich between the years of 1996 and 2009.
Following his degree in law at the University of Kiel (Dr of law 1991), Prof Dr Frank Stellmann completed his training with clerkships in Schleswig-Holstein, Speyer and South Africa.
Teaching activities and lectures
- Since 2006, he has been a professor of real estate law at the European Business School in Wiesbaden, and since 2011 at the University of Regensburg.
