Dr Mark Boddenberg has many years of experience as an insolvency administrator (Insolvenzverwalter), administrator and adviser in self-administration proceedings (Sachwalter und Berater in Eigenverwaltungsverfahren). A particular focus of his work lies in the area of hospital insolvencies and the restructuring of companies in the health and social care sectors.

With the arrival of Dr Mark Boddenberg and his team, GÖRG is systematically further expanding its already strong market position in the field of insolvency administration and restructuring. The firm is increasing its capacity to handle complex insolvency and restructuring proceedings, particularly in the healthcare sector, where GÖRG has previously focused primarily on advisory work.
