GÖRG gains insolvency administrator Dr Mark Boddenberg

GÖRG is strengthening its insolvency and restructuring practice with Dr Mark Boddenberg, who is joining the firm as a partner on 1 September 2026. A specialist lawyer in insolvency and restructuring law, he is one of Germany’s most highly regarded insolvency administrators and practises nationwide. 

Dr Mark Boddenberg has many years of experience as an insolvency administrator (Insolvenzverwalter), administrator and adviser in self-administration proceedings (Sachwalter und Berater in Eigenverwaltungsverfahren). A particular focus of his work lies in the area of hospital insolvencies and the restructuring of companies in the health and social care sectors.

With the arrival of Dr Mark Boddenberg and his team, GÖRG is systematically further expanding its already strong market position in the field of insolvency administration and restructuring.
