GÖRG gains insolvency administrator Dr Mark Boddenberg
Dr Mark Boddenberg is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and a recognised expert in restructuring and insolvency administration in Germany. He has been admitted to the German Bar since 2002 and is a certified specialist in insolvency and restructuring law. In addition to his work as an insolvency administrator at the insolvency courts in Cologne, Bonn and Aachen, he advises companies throughout Germany on restructuring and reorganisation matters and acts as a court-appointed supervisor in self-administration proceedings.
A particular focus of his practice is self-administration proceedings in the healthcare and social economy sectors. In recent years, Dr Boddenberg has worked on numerous proceedings in these sectors as a general representative or court-appointed supervisor. With his extensive experience, Dr Boddenberg is recognised as one of the leading legal practitioners in this field. His expertise also extends to insolvency law advice, corporate restructuring and insolvency-related corporate law matters.

In addition, he regularly provides commentary on sections 84–87 InsO in the “Kölner Kommentar” and sections 129–147 InsO in the “Handbuch zur Insolvenz” (Stollfuß Verlag).
