Annabelle Manganaro is a lawyer and associate at GÖRG in Frankfurt. She advises national and international companies as well as financial service providers on all matters of individual and collective labour law. 

Her focus is on advising banks and companies on the design and implementation of remuneration systems, helping them develop fair and legally compliant remuneration structures with a particular focus on equal pay.

In addition, she advises on employment law matters, including the drafting of employment contracts and target agreements, collective employment issues such as co-determination and restructuring, as well as developments at the intersection of employment law and ESG.
