Dr. Christian Bärenz is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne and an expert in crisis and insolvency
He has been advising national and international companies on all aspects of corporate crises for more than 20 years and provides support in particular in complex group restructurings and insolvencies, financial restructurings, cross-border cases as well as in insolvency-related private equity matters and M&A transactions. He has many years of experience in self-administrations, also in a management function. He regularly works for both German and foreign insolvency administrators.
Dr. Christian Bärenz regularly lectures on various topics of insolvency law and restructuring. His teaching activities and lectures testify to his passion for passing on knowledge and his active role in the development of his field of law.
