Julia Jacobs advises nationally and internationally active companies on all aspects of real estate and tenancy law. She has particular expertise in real estate transactions (asset and share deals, forward and forward funding deals, portfolio transactions, sale and leaseback) as well as legal asset management and leasing. Her work also includes representing clients in litigation before national courts. 

Her industry focus is on retail real estate, healthcare and nursing homes, and micro-living properties (student residences and co-living properties).
