Marc Finner-Prével is a lawyer and senior associate at the Cologne office of GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. He advises and represents companies and public authorities on complex issues in health law, commercial and distribution law, and intellectual property law. 

In healthcare law, Mr Finner-Prével successfully conducts contract negotiations and complex arbitration and litigation proceedings, in particular between service providers and service recipients under SGB V and SGB XI. He also supports clients in contractual and regulatory issues in the healthcare sector, in particular in pharmaceutical and pharmacy law, in the establishment of digital health and care applications, and in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the healthcare sector. 

In addition, Mr Finner-Prével assists companies in commercial and distribution law with the legally compliant design of distribution structures, the negotiation and extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of distribution agreements. Mr Finner-Prével has extensive expertise in legal issues relating to commission claims, contract processing, and compensation and damages claims, in each case in the relationship between manufacturers and commercial agents, authorised dealers, and franchisors and franchisees. 

Another focus of Mr Finner-Prével's work is litigation in competition and trademark law disputes, both in interim legal protection and in the main proceedings. He has extensive experience at the interface between competition law and pharmaceutical advertising law.
