Marius Rohmann advises nationally and internationally active companies on all matters relating to individual and collective labour law. He has particular expertise in the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts, as well as in litigation. He also has special experience in strike and collective bargaining law and in advising on co-determination in companies and enterprises.

Another focus of his work is providing employment law support for company acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings.

His industry focus is on transport and logistics, sports and the public sector.
