Max Englhard is a Senior Associate at GÖRG. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His work includes in particular the drafting and negotiation of employment and service contracts, advising on individual employment measures, and providing employment law advice in connection with restructurings and organisational change. He also represents clients in employment tribunal and court proceedings throughout Germany.

A particular focus of his practice is advising public sector employers. He has extensive experience of the specific legal and organisational framework governing the public sector and regularly advises on civil service law matters as well as on sensitive employment decisions.
