Niklas Mangels advises national and international companies on all questions of national and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

He advises multinational corporations, SMEs and financial investors in these areas. In addition, Niklas Mangels advises on all questions of corporate law.

Another focus of his work is real estate law, where he is particularly advising on real estate transactions.

Niklas Mangels, LL.M. is an associated partner at GÖRG.

Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm in Frankfurt for eight years. During this time, he spent seven months in the corporate legal department of a globally operating Dax-30 industrial company as part of a client secondment.

After studying law at the universities of Frankfurt, Nanjing and Hong Kong, Niklas completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt with a station in Lusaka (Zambia). Niklas also has an LL.M. from the University of Hong Kong and a diploma in political science from the Goethe University in Frankfurt.

He was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in 2013.
