Petra Keckemeti offers advice on all aspects of real estate law to national and international companies. In particular, she has significant experience in the area of public/private real estate transactions, as well as real estate related environmental law.
Her focus is in the area of complex real estate transactions, particularly in the area of PPP building construction, including property purchase agreements, leasehold agreements, and rental and management agreements. Another focus is advising on all matters of contract law.
