Ray Lukač advises in particular medium-sized companies and other stakeholders on all aspects of insolvency law, insolvency administration and restructuring. 

A focus of his practice is the judicial and out-of-court support of restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including the strategic and commercial advice of creditors, shareholders and corporate officers in crisis situations. 

He assists in the implementation of insolvency plan proceedings, protective shield proceedings and self-administration proceedings, as well as in the value-oriented wind-down and continuation of insolvent businesses. He places particular emphasis on aligning legal requirements with commercial objectives and advises clients across all industries.
