Structural measures

We support you in the conceptualisation, negotiation and implementation of capital measures, conversion measures and other structural measures. One particular focus of our activities is the financial restructuring of publicly listed companies.

Board advisory / compliance

We provide comprehensive advice regarding the corporate duties of management and members of supervisory bodies in listed and non-listed
companies, particularly those with the legal forms of AG / KGaA / SE. In this context, we support sensitive decisions both before and after court and arbitration proceedings.

Corporate structures

Another focus of our practice is the arrangement of corporate structures, particularly with a view to liability and financing (designing cash pools, profit and loss transfer agreement structures, ring fencing, group-wide approval and reporting procedures).
