GÖRG advised Conrad Electronic SE on all legal aspects of its acquisition of the Berlin-based e-procurement specialist Hivebuy GmbH. With this acquisition in November 2026, Conrad is expanding its range of digital procurement solutions and broadening its portfolio of services for business customers.
Hivebuy GmbH specialises in the development of software for the digitalisation and automation of business procurement processes. The platform enables the centralised management of procurement processes – from requirements identification through internal approvals and orders to invoice processing.
Conrad Electronic SE is launching ‘Hivebuy Start’, a free entry-level solution designed specifically to give small and medium-sized enterprises access to digitalised procurement processes. The software is integrated with the Conrad product range and can be used without the need for a separate enterprise resource planning system.
Within the Conrad Electronic Group, Hivebuy will continue to operate independently.
This marked the GÖRG team’s first transaction alongside Conrad Electronic SE.
