Sebastian Frech is a tech M&A lawyer and advises national and international tech companies, their founders or investors on growth equity and venture capital investments as well as on exit transactions.
He is particularly experienced in advising on reorganisations and restructurings as well as negotiating joint ventures and minority shareholdings. He also specialises in strategic legal advice in the areas of corporate law and governance as well as management and employee participation.
His main focus is on companies in the energy and mobility sectors, especially DeepTech and ClimateTech venture capital.
