Dr. Julian Stassek advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law and employment law and represents clients before German labour and civil courts.

In particular, Dr Julian Stassek has experience in advising on employment law in connection with the acquisition and the restructuring of companies.

Another focus area is advising clients on the agreement of specific terms and conditions of employment including complex contractual provisions in individual employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.

Career

Dr Julian Stassek is a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG he worked for a renowned employment law firm in Munich.

Following his studies in law at the University of Göttingen, he was a research assistant at the Institute for Labour Law at the University of Göttingen, where he gained his Ph.D. in law (Dr iur.) under Prof. Dr. Olaf Deinert with a thesis on a labour and social law matter.

Subsequently, Dr Julian Stassek completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig, with clerkships at a renowned employment law firm in Berlin and the Labour Court of Göttingen.

He was admitted to the bar in 2020.
