GÖRG advises Interzero on the sale of ALBA Facility Solutions GmbH and ALBA Property Management GmbH

GÖRG, under the lead of Dr. Christoph Niemeyer, advised Interzero on the sale of ALBA Facility Solutions GmbH and ALBA Property Management GmbH.

Interzero has sold its shares in ALBA Facility Solutions GmbH (AFS) and ALBA Property Management GmbH (APM) as part of its focus on core activities in the circular economy. The buyer is LEO II.-VV7 GmbH, based in Munich, which is advised by DUBAG Investment Advisory GmbH.

AFS and APM, with around 330 employees, are providers of infrastructural facility management, technical facility management and property management, particularly in the asset classes of residential properties with more than 5,000 residential units and commercial and special properties.
