On 1 December 2025, the Local Court of Delmenhorst opened eleven insolvency proceedings in respect of the Hüffermann Group and appointed GÖRG partner Tim Beyer as insolvency administrator in each case. Following the successful conclusion of the investor process, the Hagedorn Group is acquiring all operating business units and locations. More than 500 jobs will be preserved.

Since the filing of the insolvency applications at the end of September, business operations have been fully maintained, ensuring that key structures, customer relationships and technical resources remained intact throughout. Once the transaction completes, the Hagedorn Group will continue all units without interruption.

The acquisition strengthens the Hagedorn Group’s capacities in the field of crane and heavy‑load logistics and expands its presence across northern and eastern Germany. The newly integrated units complement the Group’s existing operational network.

The successful investor process was carried out jointly with Bernd Diepenseifen, KPMG Germany, Philipp Schmittner, Lukas Duhnkrack and their team.
