Expertise
Tim Beyer supports and advises companies in economic crisis situations within the framework of judicial insolvency proceedings or extra-judicial restructuring processes. Among other things, hewas one of the insolvency administrators significantly involved in the restructuring of the zero Group, a female fashion company. Furthermore, one of his main focuses in recent years has been the handling of insolvency proceedings in the maritime industry. In addition to the handling of over 100 one-ship companies, he was also involved as insolvency administrator in the insolvency proceedings of BELUGA GROUP and Zeamarine Group. Besides his expertise in the maritime sector, he has special experience in the area of transport and logistics as well as with construction companies.
Career
Tim Beyer has been a partner at GÖRG Insolvenzverwaltung Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten since 2020.
Before joining GÖRG, he was a partner at an interregional insolvency law firm. After completing his law studies at universities in Hamburg, Tim Beyer completed his legal training in Hamburg including clerkships with with corporate law firms in Hamburg and New York.
He was admitted to the bar in 2004.
