Dr Robert Brahmstaedt, LL.M. is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Hamburg. His expertise in insolvency and restructuring makes him a sought-after advisor for national and international companies.
As an expert in insolvency and corporate law, Dr Robert Brahmstaedt advises clients on all legal matters relating to economic crises and insolvency-related matters. He specialises in advising companies and shareholders in crisis situations, restructuring financing and advising on company acquisitions out of insolvency, both for investors and insolvency administrators.
Another important area of Dr Robert Brahmstaedt's work is restructuring and security trusteeships, in which, as an independent trustee, he conscientiously protects the interests of the stakeholders involved and successfully handles complex transactions.
