GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised BARD Engineering GmbH on the sale of two leasehold rights in Jarßum port in Emden to Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG.
The adjoining leaseholds have a total size of approx. 167,000 m² and are developed with two hall complexes and two administrative buildings. The leasehold property with direct water access is let on a long-term basis to various players from the wind energy sector, with OWS Off-Shore Wind Solutions GmbH as the anchor tenant.
The sale of the leasehold rights is an important milestone in the orderly liquidation of the BARD Group led by Hamburg-based GÖRG partner and trust specialist Dr. Thorsten Bieg. The company was originally a developer, manufacturer and builder of offshore wind farms and is being successively liquidated for some time now.
