GÖRG is continuing to expand its employment law practice in the area of restructuring and transformation: Dr Piero Sansone will join the firm as a partner on 1 September 2026, strengthening the Cologne office. The employment law specialist is returning to GÖRG, where he worked at the start of his legal career. With his many years of expertise in employment law, particularly in handling complex restructuring, transformation and insolvency proceedings, GÖRG is strategically expanding its advisory capabilities at the interface between employment law, restructuring and insolvency.
Dr Piero Sansone advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His areas of expertise include providing employment law advice for major restructuring and transformation projects, as well as self-administration and insolvency proceedings. In addition, he has extensive experience in works council law, collective bargaining and industrial action law, as well as in complex labour court proceedings. Earlier in his legal career, he worked for GÖRG for several years. Most recently, he was a partner at Seitz.
