GÖRG Employment Tracker, 11/2025
Dr Alexander Insam, M.A. is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Frankfurt. He is an expert in labour and compensation law and has been advising national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law for more than 20 years. As a specialist lawyer for employment law, his focus is on shaping sustainable working conditions in works constitution law & collective bargaining law (e.g. reorganisations with reconciliation of interests & social plan negotiations, optimisation of remuneration systems, working time models & international remote working, IT framework agreements).
Dr Insam also specialises in remuneration law, particularly for banks (KWG, InstitutsVergV). As a remuneration expert, he also has in-depth knowledge and many years of experience in advising on board remuneration and liability as well as on share and share option programmes (ESOP/VSOP). He also advises on the implementation and realisation of ESG guidelines and requirements, in particular on diversity, equal pay and mental health issues.
His expertise also includes conflict management in the aviation industry and in shareholder disputes. As a mediator, facilitator, arbitrator and arbitration board chairman, he supports companies in out-of-court conflict resolution.
Dr Insam is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association and the Federal Association of Personnel Managers (BPM). He is frequently recommended in the Juve Handbook, Best Lawyers (Handelsblatt) and Legal 500 and is also a speaker for the FORUM Institute. He currently gives lectures and shares his expertise on topics relating to the Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions in Banking Practice, the Management Board in banks and sustainable remuneration strategies for banks and financial service providers (ESG requirements and structuring incentive systems in a future-proof and legally compliant manner).
Finally, Dr Insam holds in-house training courses on request for remuneration officers, for managers on works constitution law, on cooperative negotiation strategies for social partners and on sustainable conflict management with a minimisation of conflict costs.
