Tion Renewables GmbH (“Tion”) has acquired an operational agri-photovoltaic plant in Schwarzholz, developed by FEFA Projekt GmbH. GÖRG provided comprehensive legal advice to Tion on the acquisition of this power generation facility, which has a nominal capacity of 69 MWp.

Tion is a digitally focused independent power producer with a renewable energy portfolio totalling 897 MW. The company invests in photovoltaic, onshore wind and battery storage projects, supporting them throughout the entire lifecycle from construction to operation. Headquartered in Munich, Tion also has offices in Frankfurt am Main, Madrid and Warsaw.

With the acquisition of the Agri-PV park in Schwarzholz, Saxony-Anhalt, Tion further expands its portfolio to include a generation plant with an installed capacity of 69 MWp. The solar park has been operational since February 2026 and is expected to generate around 87 GWh of green electricity annually. This is sufficient to supply around 25,000 households, whilst the land used for the project can continue to be utilised for agricultural purposes.

The project was developed by FEFA Projekt GmbH, based in Stendal. The group develops, constructs and operates wind energy and agri-PV projects throughout the Altmark region.

GÖRG advised Tion on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team, led by Cologne-based partners Thoralf Herbold and Dr Ruth Büchl-Winter, provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the acquisition, including legal due diligence, the negotiation and conclusion of all relevant project contracts, and the structuring, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documentation through to completion.
