Profile
Niklas Fietz is an Senior associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne.
He advises national and international companies as well as the public sector on environmental and public construction law.
One focus of his work is on the project planning and approval of energy generation plants in the field of renewable energies, in particular on approval procedures for onshore wind energy plants and ground-mounted photovoltaic plants, but also on approval procedures for storage facilities and biomass and biogas power plants. He also specialises in advising and representing project developers and the public sector in court on public law issues in the run-up to and during the development of urban planning projects.
