GÖRG advised Edmond de Rothschild REIM on the acquisition of an industrial property through a sale-and-leaseback transaction.

The property was acquired for the Edmond de Rothschild Europa SCPI fund. It comprises approximately 9,800 square metres and was fully leased back to the former owner, Pro-beam GmbH, as part of the transaction. The lease agreement has a term of 20 years. Pro-beam GmbH has operated from the site for more than 22 years. Founded in Germany in 1974, Pro-beam is a leading global provider of electron beam technology, delivering highly advanced solutions for key industries including defence, aerospace and semiconductor technology. The Burg site serves as the company's main production facility and offers potential for future capacity expansion.

The property is located in Burg, in the greater Magdeburg area, and benefits from a strategic location close to the A2 motorway, providing excellent access to major German economic regions, including Berlin, Leipzig/Halle and Hanover.

The acquisition was completed by the Frankfurt team of Edmond de Rothschild REIM.
