GÖRG, led by Frankfurt partner Dr Tobias Fenck, advised the shareholders on the sale of 10 k Beratung GmbH to the Alixio Group.

10 k Beratung was founded in 2017 by Silvia Kohlberger and Stefan Detzel and has since established itself in Germany as a leading consulting firm for the planning and implementation of measures for personnel and organizational development, HR restructuring, personnel reorganization, and personnel placement.

The consulting firm, based in Speyer, Germany, advises numerous industrial groups and service companies on personnel restructuring, outplacement, and adaptation to changes in the labor market. With the acquisition by the Alixio Group, the company is strategically repositioning itself to enable further growth. The sellers will remain active in the management of 10 K Beratung GmbH.

Alixio Group is a leading HR service provider in France, Benelux, and Switzerland. The French portfolio company of Ardian was founded in 2012 and is entering the German market with this transaction.

A cross-location GÖRG team provided legal and tax advice to the sellers during the complex sale process.
