Dr Christoph Janssen advises national and international companies on insolvency law and restructuring. He specialises in the fields of judicial and extra-judicial crisis and restructuring advice, as well as distressed M&A.
Dr Christoph Janssen advises national and international companies on all matters of insolvency law and restructuring. In particular, he has considerable experience advising on the development of insolvency plans, creation and implementation of trusteeships, as well as complex reorganisation and restructuring measures. A further area of focus is advising on company acquisitions and sales, both within and outside the scope of insolvency proceedings.
Dr Christoph Janssen is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
After completing his studies in law at university in Marburg, he worked as a research assistant there and obtained his doctorate with a thesis on insolvency law. Dr Janssen completed his legal training in Düsseldorf, with clerkships at international business law firms.
He was admitted to the bar in 2005.
