Dr. Lukas Ott is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Berlin. He specialises in public commercial law and environmental law. He advises national and international companies, investors and plant operators as well as the public sector.

Dr. Lukas Ott advises on all questions of regulatory law, in particular in the areas of environmental and public construction law. He advises operators of industrial sites on licensing and authorisation issues, in particular on immission control law. Furthermore he is an expert for questions regarding the Right of Access to Information.
