GÖRG advised Ufenau VIII Asset Light, SLP, a fund management company advised by Ufenau Capital Partners AG, on a strategic partnership with Hamburg-based enomyc GmbH.
enomyc is a consulting firm operating throughout Europe that specializes in assisting mid-sized companies with strategic issues, transformations, and the development of sustainable growth strategies.
With the newly injected growth capital from Ufenau, the company intends to establish a leading, independent consulting platform focused on mid-cap companies for transformation, restructuring, and special situations, providing its clients with integrated services in the areas of transformation, performance improvement, liquidity and stakeholder management, restructuring, as well as transaction-related advisory and implementation, supplemented by selected industry focuses. Operational management remains with the managing partners.
A GÖRG team led by Frankfurt partner Dr Tobias Fenck and Cologne partner Dr Andrea Zimmermann advised Ufenau on all legal and tax aspects of this transaction.
