GÖRG advises Norwegian Concordix Group on sale of Ayanda GmbH & Co KG to Sirio Pharma Group of China

06.01.2017

[Hamburg, ] A team from GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, headed by Hamburg partner Dr. Frank Evers, advised Norway-based Concordix Group in the sale of its German subsidiary Ayanda GmbH & Co. KG GmbH. The purchaser is the Chinese business, Sirio Pharma Group.

One factor that had to be tackled in the process of drawing up and negotiating the contract of sale for the company was the previous integration of Ayanda in the external financing of the Concordix Group. Another important aspect was the international dimension of the sale to a Chinese company. Alongside its own internal expertise, the GÖRG team was also able to draw on trusted support from other law firms within its international network.

About the Ayanda Group

The Ayanda Group is an international producer of vitamins and food supplements, with subsidiaries in Norway, Germany and the UK. With the sale of Ayanda GmbH & Co. KG GmbH, the group has parted company with its former production site in the Brandenburg town of Falkenhagen.
