[Hamburg, ] In the third quarter of 2019, GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB will relocate its Hamburg office from Dammtorstrasse to the "Alter Wall" ensemble of buildings in the heart of the city. GÖRG has rented around 4,200 sqm of office space in this exclusive construction project.
The completion of the ensemble with offices, retail, art and gastronomy behind historic facades is currently entering its final phase. A new pedestrian bridge over the Alsterfleet has been installed, connecting the town hall, Alter Wall and the Neuer Wall promenade. The excellent location of the new office, right next to the town hall, stock exchange and chamber of commerce, the terrace areas and the view of the Binnenalster and town hall make the property equally attractive for employees and clients.
Dr. Thorsten Bieg, partner and location manager of GÖRG's Hamburg office, says: "Having recorded steady growth at our Hamburg office in recent years, we are looking forward to our new offices. With its bright and open structure, the "Alter Wall" building ensemble fits in perfectly with the GÖRG-specific ideas of modern office space in a traditional location in the middle of the Hanseatic city. In addition, the new spaces offer potential for further growth. We are very much looking forward to welcoming our clients to our new location".
GÖRG has been represented in Hamburg since the beginning of 2013 and has grown strongly in recent years. Today, a total of around 130 professionals and employees work at the Hamburg office.
Angermann Real Estate arranged the conclusion of the lease contract, and GÖRG was legally supported by its Hamburg real estate law team headed by Dr. Sergio Bińkowski and Dr. Christoph Mönig.
