REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH: GÖRG advises on continuation of business until successful closing in self-administration proceedings

Stuttgart, 17.12.2025

The commercial law firm GÖRG successfully advised REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH in its self-administration proceedings until the transfer of its operating business to the international industry specialist ERIKS. With the completion of the transaction, the main objectives of the self-administration proceedings have been achieved as planned.

In the course of a structured investor process, the business operations of REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH and KREMER GmbH were transferred to ERIKS. All conditions precedent for the completion of the transaction were fulfilled. The takeover ensures the long-term continuation of the operating business under a strategically suitable new owner, while preserving the majority of jobs.

The central objective of the self-administration proceedings – the sustainable preservation of the company and its business activities – has thus been achieved. ERIKS will continue the acquired business operations while maintaining existing customer and supplier relationships.

The self-administration proceedings were supported by GÖRG partners Dr Holger Leichtle and Dr Thomas Rieger as authorised representatives. As administrator of REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH and insolvency administrator of KREMER GmbH, lawyer Martin Mucha, partner at GRUB BRUGGER, supported the proceedings.

Dr Holger Leichtle, partner at GÖRG and authorised representatives of REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH, explains: "With the successful completion of the transaction, the self-administration proceedings were concluded, a sustainable continuation solution was implemented and jobs in the region were preserved."
